Lovely black felt hat with slit-back turn-up brim. Decorated with black velvet ribbon.

It has an elastic band to hold it on your head and practically any angle. The only label is "22" meaning it's that size inside, but it will fit about any head size due to style.

The total width is 15". It is in very good condition, with a little fraying of the velvet ribbon, and the elastic band is shot, so I took it off.
